Welcome to Launch! Local! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules and expectations when you use our services, including website builds, digital training, and ongoing support. By working with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Launch! Local provides digital support services for small businesses, including website builds, training, and ongoing maintenance. Some services may be free (supported through affiliate programs or grants), while others may require payment.

2. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate information and materials (like logos, content, and business details) on time.

• You are responsible for all third-party costs, such as hosting, domains, platform subscriptions, and apps.

• For free builds, eligibility requires a net-new website project.

3. Payments

• Paid services require payment before project delivery unless otherwise agreed.

• Monthly support packages are billed at the beginning of each month.

• All fees are non-refundable once services are delivered.

4. Intellectual Property

• You own all original content and materials you provide.

• We retain ownership of training materials, templates, and guides we create but grant you a license to use them for your business.

• Completed websites belong to you once final payment is received.

5. Affiliates and Partnerships

We may receive compensation from partner platforms (such as Shopify, Wix, or hosting providers) if you sign up through our referral links. This helps us keep certain services free.

6. Limitation of Liability

Launch! Local is not responsible for:

• Third-party platform downtime or outages.

• Loss of data due to client negligence or third-party failures.

• Any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may end the service agreement at any time. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
